Dr. Hammad has been in this community since 1999. Dr. Hammad has a special interest with diabetes, hypertension, COPD and heart disease to mention a few. Our office provides care not only in the office but also at the hospital and nursing home setting. A true continuity of care for our patients. We provide a variety of in house services with state of the art x-ray/ full service radiology as well as cardio vascular, vascular screening and coronary artery stenosis. We offer bone density as well as in home sleep studies.
